• Employment medical letters aligned to role requirements (where clinically appropriate).
• Insurance and income protection forms (treating-doctor sections only).
• Treating-doctor medical summaries for HR or insurer use (with consent).
• Clarification letters responding to employer or insurer questions.
• Investigation summaries once pathology or imaging results are received and reviewed.

How It Works

1. Employer or insurer submits a documentation request.
2. The patient books a telehealth consultation.
3. Clinical assessment and review of relevant records.
4. Patient consent obtained for any third-party release.
5. Documentation issued.

We work collaboratively with patients, employers and insurers, with all documentation finalised according to independent clinical assessment.

Turnaround Times

• Standard letters are typically issued within 24 business hours following consultation, once required forms and role details have been received.
• Where investigations are required, documentation is issued within 24 business hours of results being received and reviewed.

Timeframes apply once required information and results are available.

Fees

Documentation fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on:

• Scope and complexity
• Volume of record review required
• Form length
• Urgency
• Whether investigations are required

A quotation is confirmed prior to consultation.
