We are Australian registered medical doctors and the founders of EUCA MD—a platform dedicated to providing affordable, convenient, and exclusively doctor-led telehealth consultations, including after-hours and weekend appointments at no extra cost.
At EUCA MD, we address everyday medical concerns and collaborate with specialists to offer affordable, accessible specialist opinions. Our approach to telehealth stands out by focusing on providing exclusively doctor-led consultations, ensuring the highest standard of care for every patient.
Transparency and trust are at the core of what we do. Patients can review detailed doctor profiles and book their preferred doctor online, fostering genuine connections and confidence in their care. To support our diverse communities, we also provide consultations in Mandarin Chinese and Vietnamese.
Our mission is to deliver personalised, compassionate care that is both affordable and convenient for all. EUCA stands for Eucalyptus, an Australian native tree that symbolises longevity and good health.

Dr Lily Vu (AHPRA General Registration: MED0002220218) is a graduate of the University of Melbourne (2018), holding a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) and a Bachelor of Biomedicine. She has broad clinical exposure across multiple specialties, including Critical Care at Monash Health (Adult Emergency, Paediatric Emergency, and Paediatric ICU), Adult and Paediatric Emergency at Western Health and Monash Children’s Hospital, General Surgery and Obstetrics at Eastern and Western Health, and Surgical Pathology in Sydney. She also worked in Mental Health at Dandenong Hospital and served as Melanoma Registrar at Alfred Health. To help address these challenges, she co-founded EUCA MD—a telehealth platform providing affordable and convenient access to Australian-registered doctors for everyday medical concerns, prescriptions, test requests, specialist referrals, and preventive health assessments.
EUCA MD’s mission includes not only addressing common health concerns but also partnering with specialists to offer timely, affordable, accessible specialist opinions. Her grandfather’s sudden stroke reinforced the importance of early detection and proactive care—a principle that guides her medical practice.
In addition to her medical qualifications, Dr Vu also holds a Graduate Diploma in Education and is a qualified secondary school teacher. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, she is committed to providing inclusive, affordable healthcare and empowering patients to take charge of their health through accessible telehealth services.
